Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in a busy wholesale business. This successful business requires an efficient and accurate bookkeeper to manage the daily administration duties and maintain the customer service with developing client relationships. To apply for the position you will be required to have the following: - Fantastic communication and coordination skills
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Taking customer orders, invoicing and purchases
- The ability to multi-task throughout the working day
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MYOB
- Experience with banking reconciliation
- Weekly payroll procedures via MYOB
- The ability to work autonomously
