As the Marketing & Fundraising Manager your primary objective will be to work closely with the CEO and external communications agency to, manage and develop the Fundraising Team to actively increase and diversify income levels, whilst demonstrating personal fundraising competence. Establish major new income generation portfolios for the organisation including community, corporate and major donor fundraising as well as assist other departments to create more effective and efficient fundraising systems. Responsible for a team of 12 this role will ideally suit an individual that has extensive stakeholder relationship skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a passionate for fundraising with a genuine desire to develop and mentor a team!
